This Privacy Policy defines how Grassy Sports OÜ (hereinafter the “Company”), the official importer and retailer of PaddleSmash, BulziBucket, and Kan Jam Pickleball in Estonia, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information that you (hereinafter the “Customer”) provide through our online store (hereinafter the “Online Store”).

After placing the order, the Customer can choose a suitable payment method: payment via bank link or prepayment by bank transfer based on an invoice. When using the bank link, the Customer is redirected to the secure EveryPay payment environment, where payment can be made quickly and conveniently through the selected bank. If payment by invoice is selected, the invoice will be sent to the Customer via email. When making a bank transfer, the Customer must use the bank account details stated on the invoice and include the Customer’s name and invoice number in the payment reference. The product will be shipped after the payment has been received.
