Sales Terms and Conditions
1. Validity of Sales Terms
1.1 These sales terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of products between the customers (hereinafter Buyer) of the grassysports.ee online store (hereinafter Store) and Grassy Sports OÜ.
1.2 The owner of the Store is Grassy Sports OÜ (17019446).
2. Payment
2.1 Poes müüdavate toodete hinnad on märgitud toodete juurde. Hinnas sisaldub transport Poest Ostjani Eesti piires kullerteenuse näol.
2.2 Product information is provided next to the products in the Store.
2.3 Payment for the products is made by invoice, meaning that an invoice for payment will be sent to the Buyer’s email.
3. Order Processing
3.1 To order products, add the desired items to the shopping cart. Complete the required fields to finalize the order and click the “Submit Order” button. A copy of the invoice for payment will then be sent to the email.
3.2 Products will be dispatched after the invoice amount is received in the Store’s bank account. Shipments generally reach the recipient within 1-4 working days from the payment of the invoice.
3.3 If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for other reasons, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
3.4 The sales contract is effective from the moment the payment for the order is received in the Store’s bank account.
4. Product Returns
4.1 Products purchased from the Store have a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. The return policy does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
4.2 To return products, send a withdrawal notice to info@grassysports.ee within 14 days of receiving the products.
4.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to the fact that the returned product does not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong product, defective product).
4.4 Returned products must be unused and in their original, intact, and undamaged packaging.
4.5 The 14-day return policy does not apply to products if:
4.5.1 The product has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g., due to falling);
4.5.2 It is normal wear and tear or defects that do not impair the value or use of the item.
4.6 The Store will refund all fees received from the Buyer for the order upon receipt of the returned products, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
4.7 The Store may refuse to issue a refund until the products are returned or the Buyer has provided proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4.8 The Store has the right to cancel the sales contract and request the return of the products if the price of the products in the online store is significantly below the market price due to a mistake.
5. Right to Submit Claims
5.1 The Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defects in the products sold to the Buyer that were present at the time of transfer and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the products to the Buyer. Within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of transfer. It is the Store’s obligation to refute this presumption.
5.2 The Buyer has the right to submit a claim within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to info@grassysports.ee. info@grassysports.ee.
5.3 The claim should include:
5.3.1 The Buyer’s name, contact details, and order date;
5.3.2 The date of the complaint;
5.3.3 The reason for the complaint;
5.3.4 The claim made to the Store.
5.4 The Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the transfer of the products to the Buyer.
5.5 If the products purchased from the Store have defects for which the Store is responsible, the Store will repair or replace the defective products. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the Store will refund the Buyer the entire amount paid under the sales contract.
5.6 The Store will respond to the Buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
5.7 If the Buyer and the Store cannot resolve the dispute through an agreement, the Buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
