1. Rental Period and Prices

• The rental period starts and ends on the agreed date and time.

• Hind 24-tunnise rendiperioodi eest on 35 €.

• The price for a 48-hour rental period is €50.

• Longer rental periods are negotiable and priced separately.

2. Pick-up and Return

• The PaddleSmash set can be picked up in Saue or the Haabersti district of Tallinn (the exact address will be agreed upon via email or phone).

• Transport to other locations is possible by agreement. Additional transport fees depend on the location and will be agreed upon before confirming the rental.

• Returns must be made to the same place where the game was picked up, at the agreed time.

3. Responsibility and Damage

• The renter is responsible for the rented game set throughout the rental period.

• The set must be used carefully and according to its intended purpose.

• If the game set is damaged, lost, or partially or completely destroyed, the renter is obligated to compensate for the damage according to the replacement or repair costs.

• The condition of the set will be recorded before and after the rental (photos will be taken if necessary).

4. Cancellation and Changes

• Please notify of cancellations at least 24 hours before the rental period begins.

• Cancellations made later may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental price.

• Changes to the rental period are possible by agreement and subject to availability.

5. Other

• The PaddleSmash set rental is intended only for private events (e.g., summer days, garden parties, birthdays). Public events or commercial use require a separate agreement.

• Rental terms may be changed as needed. The latest version is always available on the website.
