Rental Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Rental Period and Prices<\/h3>

  • The rental period starts and ends on the agreed date and time.<\/p><\/li>

  • Hind 24-tunnise rendiperioodi eest on 35 \u20ac.<\/p><\/li>

  • The price for a 48-hour rental period is \u20ac50.<\/p><\/li>

  • Longer rental periods are negotiable and priced separately.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Pick-up and Return<\/h3>

    • The PaddleSmash set can be picked up in Saue or the Haabersti district of Tallinn (the exact address will be agreed upon via email or phone).<\/p><\/li>

    • Transport to other locations is possible by agreement. Additional transport fees depend on the location and will be agreed upon before confirming the rental.<\/p><\/li>

    • Returns must be made to the same place where the game was picked up, at the agreed time.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Responsibility and Damage<\/h3>

      • The renter is responsible for the rented game set throughout the rental period.<\/p><\/li>

      • The set must be used carefully and according to its intended purpose.<\/p><\/li>

      • If the game set is damaged, lost, or partially or completely destroyed, the renter is obligated to compensate for the damage according to the replacement or repair costs.<\/p><\/li>

      • The condition of the set will be recorded before and after the rental (photos will be taken if necessary).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Cancellation and Changes<\/h3>

        • Please notify of cancellations at least 24 hours before the rental period begins.<\/p><\/li>

        • Cancellations made later may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental price.<\/p><\/li>

        • Changes to the rental period are possible by agreement and subject to availability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Other<\/h3>

          • The PaddleSmash set rental is intended only for private events (e.g., summer days, garden parties, birthdays). Public events or commercial use require a separate agreement.<\/p><\/li>

          • Rental terms may be changed as needed. The latest version is always available on the website.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
